Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day while stocks last.<\/p>\n

For restocking, please allow an additional 2-5 days.<\/p>\n

Delivery times vary according to the carrier selected. Docteur Filler offers several modes of transport\/collection:<\/p>\n

1- Pick up your parcel at the Pharmacie du boulevard national, 258 boulevard national, 13003 Marseille.<\/p>\n

2- Chronopost: place your order before 3 p.m. and have it delivered by 6 p.m. the next day!<\/p>\n

3- Colissimo: home delivery in 2 to 5 working days against signature.<\/p>\n

4- Mondial Relay: delivery in 3-5 working days.<\/p>\n

(Excluding weekends and public holidays).<\/p>\n

Examples:<\/p>\n

I place my order on Monday before 3pm by CHRONOPOST, I receive it on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

I place my order on Monday after 3pm by CHRONOPOST, I receive it on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Attention for Friday:<\/p>\n

I order on Friday before 3pm by CHRONOPOST (Saturday option), I receive it on SATURDAY.<\/p>\n

I order on Friday before 3pm by CHRONOPOST (without the Saturday option), and receive it on MONDAY.<\/p>\n

I order on Friday after 3pm by CHRONOPOST and receive it on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number.<\/p>\n

Exceptions to delivery times :<\/p>\n

– Christmas Eve (December 24).<\/p>\n

– New Year’s Day (December 31).<\/p>\n

– Other special holidays of the year.<\/p>\n

For these dates, parcels will be dispatched before 11:30 am.<\/p>\n

– Extraordinary events (floods, industrial action, strikes, etc.)<\/p>\n

Shipment will be made as soon as possible. An information message may be posted on the store. <\/p>\n

If the delivery time is exceeded, this does not necessarily mean that the parcel has been lost. In general, if the delay is due to our logistics, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us, please contact us by e-mail at contact@docteurfiller.com . When your payment is validated on our site, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of the order (a few minutes after online payment).<\/p>\n

After entering the security code received by SMS to validate your payment, some people close the window too quickly, the sms code is verified, but it takes a few moments more for the payment to be authorized as well, if you close the window between these 2 steps, the payment does not go through and we do not receive your order.
