Per 2 capsules: 1,000 mg of shilajit extract standardized to 75% fulvic acid, i.e. 750 mg of fulvic acid. Extract also contains trace elements. Vegetable capsule shell made from pullulan.
Directions for use
Take 2 capsules with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning. The bottle contains 60 daily servings.
