Instructions for use in 4 steps

1. Press the upper compartment to release the enzymes, then shake vigorously.
2. Screw on the dosing tip and shake again.
3. Apply a few drops and massage for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Remove any excess. Repeat at day 7 and day 14 according to the desired result.

Observed results

In a pilot evaluation presented at the IMCAS 2022 congress, 17 patients with persistent irregularities after injection received one to three applications. Good to know

Topilase is a cosmetic for external use: it is not to be injected. For complete or deep dissolution, injectable hyaluronidase remains the reference. The formula contains essential oils; in case of known allergy, check the INCI list before use.

What is the difference with injectable hyaluronidase?

Topilase acts on the surface, by massage, to refine a result. Injectable hyaluronidase dissolves in depth. The two are complementary: Topilase for fine touch-ups, injectable for major corrections.

How quickly is the effect visible?

SoftFil indicates an effect generally visible within a few days, with the full protocol spanning two to three weeks.

Can it be used right after an injection?

Yes, this is common practice: a drop massaged in after injection to reduce swelling or smooth a small irregularity.

How many applications per bottle?

Dosing is done drop by drop, so one bottle covers several sessions. It keeps for 14 days in the refrigerator after activation: plan your sessions accordingly.

Does it work on old or highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid?

The more cross-linked, deep, or old the product, the more gradual the effect. Topilase gives its best results on recent and superficial irregularities.
