1. Art Filler Lips Soft is a viscoelastic gel of non-animal cross-linked hyaluronic acid for injection, slowly resorbable over time, colorless, transparent, sterile, pyrogen-free and physiological, from the FILLMED laboratories (Filorga Medical).

ART FILLER products are designed to correct age-related changes in skin structure: filling wrinkles and folds, restoring volume.

INDICATIONS – FILLMED ART FILLER LIPS SOFT

This product is injected into the following areas:

– Lips

– Hemming of the lips

– Lip contour

COMPOSITION – FILLMED ART FILLER LIPS SOFT

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel: 25mg/ml hyaluronic acid and 3mg/ml lidocaine.

Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic, to ensure optimal comfort during the injection session.

INJECTION DEPTH – FILLMED ART FILLER LIPS SOFT

Art filler lips soft is indicated for lip volume enhancement and for filling medium to deep wrinkles by injection into the medium to deep dermis. Injected with a 30G x 1/2″ needle.

Volume enhancement and lip hemming, as well as correction of medium to deep skin depressions.

IN VITRO STUDIES (BASED ON CELL CULTURES):

Fillmed tests these products on primary human skin cells adapted to real-life everyday conditions, such as aged fibroblasts obtained from wrinkle depths, skin cells under UV radiation or oxidative stress, to ensure the clinical effect of the products. Skin cells would be evaluated either for their morphology or for their activities/functions.

EX VIVO STUDIES (TISSUE-BASED):

In order to meet the laboratory conditions best suited to real human skin, Fillmed tests these products on pieces of living human skin: these pieces, derived from abdominoplasty or lifting surgery, can be stored from 24 hours to 3 weeks in the laboratory. After applying the products (topical or injections), Fillmed can then evaluate skin samples (biopsies) using all available methods such as conventional microscopes, electron microscopes, marker assays, etc.

CLINICAL TRIALS:
