Blemiderm Treatment by Mesoestetic is an intensive skin care product formulated to correct moderate to severe imperfections while improving skin texture. Its combination of exfoliating, sebo-regulating and skin-renewing active ingredients simultaneously targets excess sebum, dilated pores, surface irregularities and persistent post-acne marks.
The formula works in two stages:
Controlled exfoliation to clear pores and stimulate cell renewal.
Regulates sebum and progressively refines skin texture, for smoother, matte, more even skin.
Indicated for oily, seborrheic, acne-prone skin or skin with residual pigmentation marks.
Corrects existing imperfections.
Refines skin texture, tightens pores.
Reduces post-inflammatory marks.
Regulates excess sebum.
Improves luminosity and evenness of complexion.
Light, non-greasy texture.
Salicylic acid + mandelic acid: exfoliation, keratolytic action.
Azelaic acid: anti-inflammatory, anti-marks.
Niacinamide: sebum regulation, soothing.
Mesoestetic renewal complex: accelerated skin renewal.
Apply in the evening to clean, dry skin.
Avoid the eye contour area.
Introduce gradually: 2-3 times a week, then increase according to tolerance.
Use SPF50 sun protection in the morning (mandatory).
May cause temporary tingling or redness.
Do not use on pregnant/lactating women if tolerance uncertain (presence of AHA/BHA).
Do not combine the same evening with other strong exfoliants or retinol.

Yes, it contains exfoliating and azelaic active ingredients that improve post-inflammatory marks.
2. Can it be used with retinol?
Not on the same evening. Alternate to avoid irritation.
3. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Cautiously: start slowly and monitor tolerance.
4. How long before I see the results?
On average 3 to 6 weeks, depending on routine and regularity.
5. Can it be used in the morning?
No, it’s a night-time treatment.
